Our curriculum is broad, balanced and coordinated from year 7 through to year 11 and 6th Form. We believe all of our students are capable of making great progress over their school lives. We have very high expectations of them and we passionately believe that they are all capable of taking control of their own learning, setting and achieving their own goals.

In year 7 and 8 students follow a formal curriculum, designed around the National Curriculum and delivered through subject teaching and engaging topics that spark their curiosity.

In year 9, 10 and 11 students are able to choose a wider range of curriculum and qualification pathways to learn about as well as having subject specialist teaching as part of the core offer.

Our 6th Form continues to spark students’ interests and curiosity  offering a core curriculum, furthering their learning from Key Stage 4 and offering vocational learning options for students to choose from.
